The information below explains how a golf handicap is determined
The GolfScoreKeeper site uses the following information from the USGA to calculate
a handicap for each player entering scores on the site prior to 12/31/2019. For any rounds entered after 12/31/2019, this site uses the WHS method to caculate a handicap index.
